Born in Mexico City, Chef Ernesto has 14 years of worldly culinary expertise. From Italian cuisine to asian fusion , he has a background in architecture. He there learned to combine structure, design and concepts to high end fine dining . Previously Head of the Cluny Art Bar and Tapas 24 , Chef Ernesto strives to combine cooking and art to produce beautifully platted dishes at Fish Bone Montreal !
